Pakistani rider Shaheen Shah Afridi has already made a name in world cricket and his talent with the new ball was once again on display on Day 1 of the third Test which is underway against Australia in Lahore. Very few batsmen can breathe a sigh of relief when Shaheen holds the ball in his hand because the left arm pacer has the ability to produce stuff even if the situation is not in the bowler’s favor.

This was the case on Day 1 of the third Test at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore when he made the ball talk to get better than opening batsman David Warner. In the third game of the Test, Shaheen did a perfect supporter shot to surprise Warner who was camped in the back. The batsman is hit to the beat and the ball catches him right in front of the wicket. Warner was judged on the foot before the wicket and replays showed that the ball crashed into the stump of the foot.

Warner managed to score just seven runs. At the same time, Shaheen threw an outswinger to find the outer edge of Marnus Labuschagne’s bat and sent him home to get the ducks. However, Australia managed to pull off the situation after Steve Smith and Usman Khawaja grind it in midfield.

Smith and Khawaja formed a 138 -run lineup for the third wicket and this partnership was eventually broken by Naseem Shah when he overtook Smith, but it wasn’t before the right -hander played a 59th knock.

Earlier, Australia had won the toss and Pat Cummins ’side chose to hit first.
