Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Says Peace Talks With Russia Difficult, Confrontation

Zelensky, however, said that “step by step we are moving forward.”


Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Wednesday said peace talks with Russia to end the war were difficult and sometimes confrontational but added “step by step we are moving forward.”

In an early morning video speech, Zelenskiy also said 100,000 people live in the besieged city of Mariupol in inhumane conditions, without food, water or medicine.
