Patna:

Tomorrow’s Prime Minister Nitish Kumar accused the president of losing his composure in the assembly and “clearly violating” the constitution as a result of an incident with some police, the BJP leader seemed to have got the last laugh.

Nitish Kumar, a small member of the alliance with the BJP, signed a transfer of a Lakhisarai police chief on Friday, which displeased BJP spokesman Vijay Kumar Sinha.

The move seems to have revealed what many already knew, that Mr Kumar could be the prime minister, but as for the government, it is the BJP that is making the decision, as well as its party leader, Janata Dal-United (JDU), privately accepted.

Several BJP leaders, on condition of anonymity, also said the message was clear: If Nitish Kumar wants to keep the chair of prime minister, he cannot escape insulting a high-ranking official, especially someone armored with a constitutional charge. A speaker.

Despite the fact that Friday was a government holiday for Holi, Interior Minister Nitish Kumar gave orders to Ranjan Kumar, Lakhisarai, Mr. Sinha’s Assembly District, Lakhisarai (SDPO) Police Subdivision.

The BJP leader was angry with the senior official after arresting two party supporters last month for organizing a cultural program in violation of COVID-19 rules.

During the budget session of the Assembly tomorrow, several BJP deputies raised the issue of arrests, calling for action against the police, mainly for Mr. Sinha’s rejection of orders to resolve the issue.

Despite the government’s response in the assembly on Monday, the issue was re-organized by Mr Sinha on Wednesday, an angry Nitish Kumar denounced as saying it was unconstitutional, creating an unprecedented scene inside the house.

Disgusted with the strong language of Nitish Kumar, Mr. Sinha decided not to hold a meeting the next day, raising questions.

The episode was the last to shake up ties between the BJP and Mr Kumar, who returned to power in Bihar in 2020, but reduced his share in the governing coalition by gaining far fewer seats than his ally for the first time.

Finally, at the request of the chief ministers of both parties, he went to meet with Mr. Nitish Kumar Sinha and went in search of a truce, where he promised that the officers who had bored the spokesman would soon be relocated.
