The body of a medical student was killed in Ukraine on Sunday to reach Bengaluru

The body of Naveen Shekharappa, a medical student who died in Ukraine, will arrive at her home in Bengaluru, Karnataka, on Sunday, Prime Minister Basavaraj Bommai announced today.
The 21-year-old Indian was a resident of the Haveri district of Karnataka. A student at Kharkiv National Medical University reported being in a queue for food when he was killed on March 1 in the Russian bombings in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Witnesses said the Russians had blown up a nearby government building.
Russia has said it will investigate the death of an Indian medical student.
Foreign Minister Harsh Vardhan Shringla said the circumstances of his death were not entirely clear.
