Rahul Gandhi Criticizes PM Over Kashmir Pandit Murder -By ASC

Kashmir Pandit Assassination: Rahul Gandhi says violence is escalating in Kashmir.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the murder of a Pandit Kashmir government employee by terrorists, saying talking about the film was more important to him than talking about the “Pandit Kashmir massacre”.

Rahul Bhat, who had secured a job as a clerk under a special employment package for migrants in 2010-11, was shot dead by terrorists inside a tehsil office in the town of Chadoora in the central Budgam district of Kashmir on Thursday.

Marking a video of the wife of a government official being killed in his tweet, Gandhi urged the prime minister to take responsibility for security and bring peace to Kashmir.

“It is more important for the prime minister to talk about the film than about the Kashmir Pandits massacre,” Gandhi said in a clear reference to the film ‘The Kashmir Files’.

The violence was at its peak in Kashmir today due to BJP policies, the former Congress chief claimed.

“Mr. Prime Minister, take responsibility for security and try to bring peace,” Mr Gandhi said.
