Putin accuses Ukraine of stopping talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24 authorized a complete invasion of Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday accused Ukrainian authorities of halting talks, but added that Moscow was ready to seek solutions while speaking with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

“It was noticed that the Kiev regime is trying in every way possible to stop the negotiations, making more and more unrealistic proposals,” the Kremlin said after a phone call.

“However, the Russian side is ready to continue seeking solutions that are in line with its well-known principles.”
