Pakistan vs Australia: Babar Azam Expresses Disappointment After Losing In The 3rd Test

Pakistan captain Babar Azam expressed disappointment after his side were thrashed by Australia in the third Test of a three -match series, in Lahore on Friday. Nathan Lyon’s five-wicket shot and captain Pat Cummins ’three-wicket shot helped Australia overtake Pakistan on 235 and clinch a 155-run win on Day 5 of the third Test.

“A pretty good series overall. Fighting hard in Pindi, saving the match in Karachi. Here, we had two bad sessions. Our plan is to play regular cricket. We think we will catch up if the momentum is on our side. Want to say thank you “Australia for coming here. The people support both teams. It’s great fun,” said Babar Azam in a presentation after the match.

With this win, Australia have won the three-match Test series with a 1-0 lead over Pakistan, after the first two matches ended in a draw. The two teams will face each other in a three-match ODI series starting March 29th.
