Yuvraj Singh has found a fan in Shubham Garhwal who signed the Rajasthan Royals (RR) IPL 2022 mega auction. Speaking to RR, Garhwal talked about what he wanted to break with six like Yuvraj. He also revealed how Yuvraj inspired India to win the title at the 2011 ODI World Cup. “I was really young at the time, playing gully cricket in my hometown of Jodhpur, and I couldn’t hold on to the right handle. I think it was a time that changed my life for the better, “he said.

Garhwal bought it from Rajasthan for a basic price of 20 lakh at a mega auction.

Speaking about joining the Rajasthan Royals, he stated that he was keen to work with Kumar Sangakarra.

“I am very proud to represent the King. I am from Rajasthan and it is the biggest moment of my life. The happiness I have seen on my parents’ faces is what motivates me to give my all to the team. that will take the game to the next level, ”he said.


Garhwal was spotted in the tests at the Royals High Performance Center in Nagpur.

Speaking about rehearsals, he said: “I felt like I was in a good relationship in rehearsals but with so many players still at the auction, I wasn’t sure I would be chosen. When they bought me, I was on the moon, I couldn’t believe it.”
