iPhone maker Foxconn has halted operations in China's Covid-Hit city of Shenzhen

Taipei, Taiwan:

Apple’s main supplier Foxconn has suspended operations at China’s Shenzhen Technology Center, the company said Monday after Beijing blocked the city.

“Foxconn has been suspended in Shenzhen, China, since March 14 in compliance with the local government’s new COVID-19 policy,” the Taiwanese company said in a statement.
