Indian Premier League 2022: Arshdeep Singh’s Celebration After Mitchell Santner Goes Viral. Watch -By ASC

Punjab Kings (PBKS) rider Arshdeep Singh was in good form with the ball against the Chennai Super Kings, taking one wicket and giving nothing to the batsmen in the IPL 2022 clash on Monday. Arshdeep’s lone wicket was CSK hitter Mitchell Santner and after sacking the New Zealander, he broke into a celebration that caused PBKS support staff to split. Arshdeep interrupted Santner’s woodwork when the batsman decided to shuffle across the line toward the stump exit. Wickets brought a wide smile on Arshdeep’s face as he performed a ‘car ride’ celebration.

At the time of Santner’s wicket, CSK was placed 30/2 in 5.3 overs in a run of 188 runs vs. PBKS.

Despite frequent wicket falls, CSK maintained themselves through Ambati Rayudu’s brave shot of 78 runs.

However, a disciplinary spell late in the game by Arshdeep ensured CSK failed to cross the line and lost the game by 11 runs.

The left -arm rider has been praised for doing tight bowling, especially in deadly matches this season. He has maintained an economy of 5.66 runs per over and was even named the “best death thrower” in the 2022 IPL so far by rider Kagiso Rabada after the win.
