The Kremlin had no immediate reaction.
Earlier this month, SpaceX CEO and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held talks on “possible space projects.” In a tweet, Mr Zelensky said: “I spoke with Elon Musk. I thank Ukraine for helping me with words and actions. Next week we will receive another set of Starlink systems for destroyed cities. We will discuss possible space projects. But I will talk about that after the war.”
Speaking of which @elonmusk. I thank Ukraine for its support in words and actions. Next week we will receive another batch of Starlink system for destroyed cities. Discuss possible space projects ????. But I’ll talk about that after the war.

Elon Musk also provided Internet facilities to Ukraine after disrupting network connectivity as a result of Russia’s military operation. Tesla’s Starlink internet terminals were sent to the war-torn area after Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov called for help.
Mr Fedorov wrote in a tweet: “While trying to colonize Mars, Russia is trying to occupy Ukraine. While your rockets are successfully landing from space, Russian rockets are attacking Ukrainian civilians. We are asking Ukraine to supply Starlink stations.”
@elonmuskWhile trying to colonize Mars – Russia try to occupy Ukraine! As your rockets successfully land from space – Russian rockets attack Ukrainian civilians! We urge Ukraine to supply Starlink stations and stand up to the Russian guys.
