Australia and the West Indies will compete in the first semi -final of the Women’s World Cup at the Basin Reserve in Wellington on Wednesday. Heading into the competition, Meg Lanning and Co are the obvious choices after not losing in the competition so far. The West Indies advanced to the semi -finals after South Africa managed to beat India in a thrilling encounter. But one can’t count on Stafanie Taylor’s team as they beat New Zealand and England at the group stage.
