Asus ROG Phone 6 Leaked Online, Reportedly Entering Tests in India

The Asus ROG Phone 6 series is set to launch on July 5 in the global market. The display of the smartphone was leaked online just days before the official launch. The display from the alleged TENAA listing shows the setup of three rear cameras and Tencent branding on the Asus ROG Phone 6. The game -focused phone is also expected to hit the Indian market soon and internal testing of the device is reported to have begun in the country. It is said to go on sale through Flipkart. The new ROG phone can be powered by an octet-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and will replace the ROG Phone 5 that was first introduced last year.

Well -known informant Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) has tweeted featuring the upcoming Asus ROG Phone 6 from the alleged TENAA listing. The leaked display shows a handset with the ROG logo and Tencent branding on the back showing the company’s partnership with the Chinese gaming giant. The phone is shown with a three -camera unit on the back arranged in the upper left corner of the device.

In the other tweet, Mukul Sharma claims that the Asus ROG Phone 6 has entered the testing phase in India. The brand is expected to introduce the phone in the Indian market soon and it is expected to be available through Flipkart.

This phone was previously listed on TENAA with only specifications. It is listed with the model number ASUS_AI2201_B. The listing shows a 6.78 -inch AMOLED display on the upcoming phone. The Asus ROG Phone 6 is shown with up to 18GB of RAM and a maximum of 512GB of onboard storage. According to TENAA, the phone will have a 64 -megapixel main rear sensor. For selfies, the phone is listed on a certification site with a 12 -megapixel front camera. It can hold a 6,000mAh battery. Asus ROG Phone 6 is said to also feature a fingerprint sensor in the display. It can measure 172.834 × 77.252 × 10.39mm and weigh 229 grams.

Asus has already announced that the launch of the Asus ROG Phone 6 will take place on July 5th virtually. It is expected to feature a 165Hz refresh rate display and can be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. In addition to gaming phones, Asus is expected to introduce the ROG Phone 6 Pro.
