2022 Indian Premier League: Rohit Sharma joins Mumbai’s Indians Camp to greet Mahela Jayawardene with a hilarious comment on “Gray Hair”. See

After a 2-0 win over Sri Lanka at home in tests, captain Rohit Sharma entered the Mumbai Indians (MI) camp before the start of the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL) season. The Mumbai Indians posted a video of Rohit’s arrival in which he was seen greeting by coach Mahela Jayawardene and other members of the support staff. However, this rendezvous began in a hilarious way, as Jayawardene quickly saw Rohit’s “gray hair” as he commented on the captaincy responsibilities of the Indian cricket team. “She has more gray hair since she started in the captaincy,” Mahala joked as the Sri Lankan shook hands and shared a hug as the pair embarked on another trip to regain the IPL crown of defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

The video was posted by the official manager of the Mumbai Indians (MI) franchise with a caption: “Always something special to catch with familiar faces!”.

MI will play its opening match on March 27 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai against Delhi Capitals (DC).

MI has won five IPL titles so far, while CSK, led by MS Dhoni, is not far behind in its campaign to win four titles.

At a recent IPL mega-auction, MI splashed money on batsman Ishan Kishan and Jofra Archer pitcher.

Jofra Archer, however, will not be available for IPL 2022.
